Food and Clothing Donations

Our food bank and clothes closet hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.

​

We welcome nonperishable foods any day we are open, or you may drop them on our front porch until dusk most days. We also accept perishable foods. Please call us to plan for delivery.

 

Here are some non-perishables that we can always use:

• canned meat (Spam, chili, canned ham and chicken, hash, tuna);

• spaghetti sauce and pasta;

• macaroni and cheese;

•  soups of all kinds;

• peanut butter and jelly;

• rice;

• hot and cold cereal;

• canned vegetables and fruit;

• dry vegetables (like mashed potatoes, pasta salad, prepared rice, and noodle packets);

• crackers and cookies

 

Our clothes closet accepts clean, dry wearable clothing during working hours. Or, you may drop clothes of on our front porch any time until dusk on most days.

The Food Bank served 29,078 people last year.  We are very thankful to our loyal donors and volunteers.

The Mandarin Food Bank would like to give a very big thank you to the Knights of Columbus at St. Joseph's for our new walk-in freezer.
